About this bottle
Elemental Cornish Gin is a family venture by John and Jilly Meyer and their children, Alice and Jeremy. Named for copper and water, elements common to gin production and alchemy, it uses 12 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, and orris root; the complete list is a protected family secret. These botanicals are macerated overnight in an organic English grain spirit before being distilled in a copper head still. The gin is then bottled at 40% ABV.
