A cream liqueur from NOM 1438 in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, made with 100% Tequilana Weber agave. Local volcanic spring water is slowly steam roasted for 36-54 hours and then distilled in copper pot stills. After distillation, coffee beans from Cordoba, Veracruz, Mexico, and Mexican Cream are added. It begins aromatically with notes of cream, spices, and wood. The rich and full body introduces flavors of cream, vanilla, and oak, leading to a creamy, medium-length finish with notes of vanilla wafers and coffee.
