This is my top pick from the heritage stills offered by DDL. I possess all three as single stills at barrel strength, and this one delivers a funky profile with a more pronounced overripe banana note compared to the intense raisin character of the Versailles still. In my view, the Enmore is drier and offers less flavor, though it still drinks well for its proof. My Port Mourant bottle was produced in 2009 and bottled at 56.7% alcohol by volume.
