Edradour: The aroma is dominated by baijiu notes. After a while, milk chocolate notes emerge. Taste: Smooth, with a subtle yet distinct sherry aroma. While the baijiu notes were overpowering, the milk chocolate is definitely present.
It improved significantly after being open for a week. Less sulfur and old cask mustiness. Deep sherry-influenced fruit. A long finish.
