About this bottle
Eden Mill's inaugural single malt, launched on April 24, 2018, marked the return of whisky production to St. Andrews after a 160-year hiatus. The Hip Flask Series represents a new line within the distillery's offerings, featuring seven distinct 200ml bottles. Each bottle in the series utilizes different malt types and undergoes finishing in various oak casks. The entire series comprised 3,800 bottles, priced at £25 each. Series No. 3 was created using a mash bill of 92% pale malt and 8% crystal and brown malt, and it was finished in a 50-liter virgin American oak octave cask.
