About this bottle

Established in 2007 in Sheffield, Massachusetts, Berkshire Mountain's spirits utilize corn from a farm situated a short distance from the stillhouse, with other grains procured from various New England locations. Their bourbon is created using a mash of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, and is then triple-distilled in a pot still.

Darryl Li 2.0

[APPEARANCE] Resembles cider [AROMA] Smells of bubble gum, toffee, buttered popcorn, and apple cobbler [TASTE] Like hard cider, refined sugar, corn, with limited depth [FINISH] Brief and pleasant, tasting of freshly cut pear [MOUTHFEEL] Smooth and light

Gustavo Grogan 4.0

Direct, simple, and very pleasing. It leaves thick legs in the glass. Fruity aroma. Sweet and smooth on the palate. Flavors of caramel, vanilla, green apple, and a cinnamon finish.

Junior Quezada 3.0

Not bad for a bourbon from Massachusetts. It tastes a bit young and had some off-notes when consumed neat, but the flavors were a pleasant, sweet corn-dominant profile when enjoyed with ice.

Marquise Montano 3.0

Highly oaky; muted rye spice; lacks sweetness; the nose is very light; not well-developed or intricate; very gentle; made with all locally sourced New England grains and corn from a nearby farm.

Layla Rushing 4.0

The aroma is sweet toffee. The flavor follows suit with creamy caramel on the palate. A quick finish with a mild spice that is very drinkable. Served neat.

Rickey Schwab 3.0

It's smooth and easy to drink. After triple distillation, it brings to mind an Irish whiskey. The distillery is from my hometown; it's respectable stuff, and I'll back them!
