Nettie Mccray 4.3

This is an excellent whiskey. As a seasoned whiskey enthusiast with a collection of Scotch, Irish, and Japanese whiskies, I find this exceptionally smooth with minimal burn. It presents sweet fruit flavors alongside caramel and vanilla notes. Despite my initial skepticism due to its young age of only three years, I was thoroughly impressed. It rivals many of my single malts aged 12 years and older. This is Alberta's sole single malt whisky. It is non-chill filtered, contains no added coloring, and is bottled at 43% ABV. Eau Claire operates on a grain-to-glass model, cultivating all their own grains. All barley is seeded and harvested using antique horse-drawn equipment.

Damon Barbee 4.0

This is a very smooth, inoffensive spirit. It offers subtle flavors that gently engage the palate. I'd consider this one dangerous because you'll find yourself sipping it far too often.

Finley Ballard 4.0

Alberta's inaugural single malt whisky, crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Sweet, smooth, and highly enjoyable.

Trinity Hirsch 4.3

Smooth and rich in flavor. Sweet, approaching bourbon characteristics.

Ahmed Jasso 4.8
