Eau Claire Distillery Cherry Gin

Quite remarkable. Eau Claire continues to impress with their creativity and quality. This is a delicious spirit served on ice or mixed in a Cherry Gin Collins. It has a medium viscosity and a pleasant mouthfeel. Cherry is the dominant aroma, softening on the palate to allow the juniper and other botanicals to come through. Delicious.

Not a good gin. Many better gins are produced in Alberta and elsewhere.
