A sweet whiskey, but not overwhelmingly so. It genuinely captures the Oregon Marionberry flavor while possessing just enough whiskey character to avoid being classified as a liqueur. An excellent mixer and a great introductory spirit for those moving from sweeter drinks to the world of whiskey. Pairs wonderfully with tart citrus, dry ginger beer, as a topper on sweet bourbon, or simply with a couple of ice cubes. (Pro Tip: Try it with ice cream for a boozy dessert)

As someone who doesn't often venture into flavored whiskeys, I must admit this is quite enjoyable. Sweet and fruity, as one might expect, upfront, followed by a bourbon vanilla on the finish. Perfectly acceptable with a bit of soda and lime.
How good is it? My partner dislikes whiskey and hard spirits but really enjoys this. Consider trying it with Martinelli's cranberry-apple juice and ice.
Odd fruit taste right away
Sugary, with notes of berries.
