About this bottle
East London Liquor Co. London Rye is crafted with a mash bill of 42% rye and 58% extra pale malted barley. It was produced using both column and pot stills and matured in various barrels, including French oak for one year, ex-bourbon for two years, and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for one month. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, it began sales in December 2018 at the London-based distillery's shops in Bow Wharf and Borough Market, and is also available at select venues in London, Liverpool, and Manchester.
