About this bottle
This bourbon's mashbill comprises Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and North Dakota malted barley. It was distilled in spring 2000 at 135 proof, entering the barrel at 125 proof. The whiskey matured for over 17 years on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels of Warehouses C, K, and P. This batch consists of only 36 barrels and is bottled at 90 proof.
