Eagle Rare 17 Year Bourbon (Fall 2002)

This was an amazing pour at a club event celebrating a new book. Distilled in 1985, it predates the Sazerac/Buffalo Trace acquisition of Eagle Rare in 1989. It's packed with flavor, including notes of Vanilla, Caramel, Cherry, Floral hints, White Chocolate, Pepper, Citrus, cotton candy, corn, oak, and dark chocolate.
