Nose: Caramel, a touch of rye, a hint of mint, and pie crust. Body: Medium. Palate: Caramel, vanilla, and light rye. Finish: Medium to long, with caramel and a wisp of smoke. Quite delightful. Note: I've always considered this to be one of the best value bourbons available. After smelling, tasting, and taking notes, I ate a chocolate chip caramel cookie and continued tasting. The nose and finish are excellent, while the palate is good. Outstanding value.
