Less sherry than I anticipated. Nice vanilla notes in the aroma with berries and honey on the palate. All in all, quite pleasing.

The flavor is robust, and the mouthfeel is spot on. It's also smooth. I slightly favor other selections but this is still quite good.
Aged in a sweet sherry cask. Distilled twice. Very heavy smoke. Overwhelmed by the peat.
Aged in pedro ximenez barrels. A strong banana aftertaste. Reminiscent of banoffee pie. Very pleasing.
Good sherry presence, not an overwhelming sherry bomb, but delightful banana and toffee notes.
An old brewery in Belfast that has been revived.
