The spirit offered a pleasant mouthfeel, feeling soft and warm on the palate. Swirling it in my mouth and exhaling revealed a subtle mineral note, likely from the mineral water used for dilution. The finish provided a slight, lingering sweetness that was not unwelcome. The remarkable purity of this vodka is evident.

Starts sweet and pleasant, but this is strong and relentless. Too much for me to drink neat, largely because it lacks depth beyond the ethanol. Still, it makes for a great mixer.
Dripping Springs vodka has a neutral grain aroma with a hint of baking spices. The entry is smooth with a soft palate of baking spices and toffee. The finish is toffee.
A stylishly crafted vodka with a smooth aroma, though not as sweet as anticipated. It's definitely on the spicier side when sipped casually.
Aroma is very neutral with subtle floral notes. The palate is very neutral, with some pepper and a touch of herbal character. A semi-spicy finish.
Dangerously smooth
