Serenity Pickering 3.8

This one has a lot of spice. The nose has caramel, apple, berry, and lemon. It's sweet and spicy. It presents a much darker flavor profile. Strong spices, pepper, dark berry, nuts, dark caramel, and it finishes with a solid oak note. It has a very thick mouthfeel. This is a high-proof bourbon that is well above average.

Cayla Chowdhury 4.5

Excellent rye. This bottle is the distiller's Select from the distillery. It tastes like a concentrated rye/bourbon. Sweet and deep flavors, lacking the peppery bite of some ryes. If you can find it, purchase it!

Lela Lamar 3.3

Smell: licorice, herbs, and earth, apple or dried fruit, toffee or butterscotch, and burnt brown sugar Taste: dark chocolate, sweet licorice, spice, toffee or butterscotch, and strong rye flavor

Caitlyn Stanley 3.5

Deeply colored, it seems youthful on the nose, yet the palate is full of toasted barrel notes. It drinks lighter than its stated proof. A distinctive and pleasing experience.

Guadalupe Chambers 3.5

A very intense burn. The smell is very sweet, with notes of caramel and chocolate. The taste is dominated by the burn, with hints of leather, apple, lemon, and spearmint.

Kurt Huston 4.3

Quite good. A selection from the R/Bourbon group, bottled at 122 proof.
