Tyrone Killian 3.0

Estimated to be 5 years or older. Medium body in the glass, with a toasted chaff-like medium orange-brown color. The nose is sharp, with high ethanol, cereal grain, mint, and a touch of bubble gum. Caramel is present in the background, but the similarly sharp palate is immediately met with mint, cayenne, and bitter chocolate. The barley origin is evident, yet the experience resembles a very young, high-proof bourbon more than a single malt. There's underlying quality, but it's challenging to recommend at this proof and age.
