A rich, 15-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from a secret distillery in the Speyside region, part of Douglas Laing's Single Minded collection. The nose is aromatic with notes of Sherry, oak, dark fruit, and fudge. The palate is rich with notes of apple, pear, brown sugar, and sweet spices. The finish is long and warm with notes of peat smoke and a hint of citrus peel. March / August 2018 / 2022
