About this bottle

The London Distilling Company, founded in 2011 with an initial focus on whisky, launched its first gin in 2013. The product is named in honor of Ralph Dodd, an engineer and entrepreneur who attempted to establish a new gin distillery in London in 1807. Dodd's Gin is produced with a selection of botanicals comprising juniper, angelica, fresh lime peel, bay laurel, cardamom, red raspberry leaf, and honey sourced from London. Production involves two stills: a traditional copper pot still and a vacuum still used for more delicate botanicals. The resulting distillates are combined and allowed to marry for several weeks before bottling at 49.9% ABV.
