If you appreciate sherry cask finishes, this Pedro Ximénez expression will astound you. The combination of bourbon and PX cask is exquisite. Fans of Redbreast will likely love this. It offers traditional bourbon notes followed by sherry and fruity undertones. A must-purchase at the $70-75 USD price point.
Excellent. Very smooth, quite viscous, with sweet notes of vanilla and caramel. Doesn't taste like it's over 100 proof.
A pleasant, strong lingering sensation at the conclusion follows a sweet opening of caramel and vanilla.
Solid, has a bit of a bite at the end when drinking neat; ice softens the edge.
