The aroma is sweet and perfumed. The flavor is less pronounced than the scent implies, featuring hints of wheat and caramel. It's remarkably smooth, with a gentle warmth that hardly reaches the stomach. The finish has a faint bitterness and tang.
Deep caramel and wood spice on the nose, with a slight spiciness upon initial sniffing. A taste reveals cereal grain and corn, transitioning into a sweet yet fiery finish. It possesses depth but needs further refinement.
Smells like rubbing alcohol. The taste is quite potent and stings on the way down; it's not an easy drink. It requires more time in the barrel for its character to emerge. It would shine when combined with cola.
