This is a 2-year-old bourbon bottled at 98 proof cask strength. It's incredibly flavorful and full-bodied for a young bourbon under 100 proof. The balanced notes of vanilla and caramel, baking spices, and warmth are very pleasing. The high rye mashbill is apparent. A very well-executed offering from this craft distillery.
