About this bottle
Detroit City Distillery has added this bourbon to its core offerings. Composed of four distinct Michigan grains, its mash bill consists of 57% corn, 19% rye, 12% red winter wheat, and 12% malted barley, with a minimum of two years aging in new oak. The whiskey then undergoes a finishing process in maple, wine, and cognac barrels before being bottled at 100 proof. This release became available in September 2021.
