Aroma of brown butter, nuts, and green apple. The taste is dominated by grain and is very direct. Only the green apple from the scent notes comes through on the palate. It's remarkably smooth for a 100-proof bourbon.
Sweet aroma of apple and caramel, flows smoothly with a spicy rye finish, the heat isn't bad and you can detect many of the flavors.
