Quite sweet; I've taken to mixing it with sharp gin, or drinking it straight on ice, sometimes adding bitters to enhance the aromas. Exceptionally smooth.

Wonderfully herbaceous and full of citrus notes. Excellent when mixed in a martini. The finest tasting vermouth we've encountered.
