Excellent rye. A pleasant warming sensation on the tongue. My bottle details are: Barrel #150117 Filled on 5.27.15 Bottled on 10.17.17 100 proof
The average rating from 9 reviewers is 4.9. While interesting and full of flavor, that seems a bit too high. I'm giving it a 3.9.
Be aware of what you're getting. This is exclusively rye and it's evident. It's a fantastic rye worth sampling.
Incredibly smooth for a rye with just the right amount of sweetness. Nice fruit and walnut notes.
Very sharp, strange flavor, not very drinkable for me. Harsher than I anticipated.
