About this bottle
Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey uses a mash bill consisting of 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley, with all corn sourced from local Columbia, Tennessee farmers. Following distillation, the whiskey is filtered through maple charcoal and aged for 3 years in new, lightly toasted and charred (#3) American oak barrels. This small-batch whiskey, with each batch comprising 20 barrels, is filtered again through maple charcoal before bottling.

Scent: Caramelized banana, toffee, cola Flavor: Sweet browned butter, mild oak, baked apple Finish: Caramel popcorn
Extremely sweet, very similar to maple syrup. It brought to mind honey Jack Daniels. Likely a bit too sweet for me.
Not too harsh, gives almost a 0 on another quiver scale
Tastes nice. No burn. A little too sugary though.
Quite medicinal on both the nose and the palate.
