Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey

All grains used in the distilling are grown within 50 miles of the distillery Nose: Vanilla, caramel, hay, bread flour. Dry & grassy Palate: Sweet, vanilla, caramel. There are floury/powdery and creamy notes Finish: Sweet, summer berries, oak, boiled sweets This spirit has a sweet berry note throughout that turns sour in the aftertaste. There's also a doughy/floury note and a powdery mouthfeel that is quite unpleasant.

Scent: Caramelized banana, toffee, cola Flavor: Sweet browned butter, mild oak, baked apple Finish: Caramel popcorn

Extremely sweet, very similar to maple syrup. It brought to mind honey Jack Daniels. Likely a bit too sweet for me.

Not too harsh, gives almost a 0 on another quiver scale

Tastes nice. No burn. A little too sugary though.

Quite medicinal on both the nose and the palate.
