I'm undecided on this offering. Initially, I didn't enjoy it much, as the tequila seemed to dominate everything else. However, as I continued to sip, it began to grow on me, and I started to appreciate the substantial 13% ABV. It provides an immediate buzz, as any proper Long Island Iced Tea should. Breaking down the flavors, the tequila, cola, and citrus notes are most prominent, with the gin appearing at the finish. The spirits used are from the Cutwater brand, so they are quite decent, if not outright spectacular. For a ready-to-drink option, this is actually pretty good and tastes better than some LITs I've had at less reputable dive bars. After finishing the can, I realized my issue. The cola flavor was just a bit flat and artificial. Given its significant role in the mix, that's a bit of a shame, especially since more carbonation could have made a big difference. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a quick way to get buzzed, this is an excellent choice and superior to Monaco RTDs, which are my usual go-to for an instant buzz. Don't let my hesitant review deter you from trying it. It gets the job done and certainly tastes as it should.
