The Crystal Head Vodka John Alexander Artist Series No. 1 marked the brand's tenth anniversary in 2018. Acclaimed American artist John Alexander designed the iconic Crystal Head skull bottle, a precise replica of a human skull. This special, limited release contains the original Crystal Head Vodka, crafted from Peaches & Cream corn. The bottle's design is inspired by Alexander's 1988 oil painting, "Dancing on the Water Lilies of Life," displayed at the Dallas Museum of Art. Production was capped at 25,000 units, with fewer than 5,000 allocated for the US market.
