53.2% Nose: unripe banana, grassy, dark fruits. Palate: cinnamon sweetness up front, cotton candy, pear, mid has some baking spices and mint but the finish has this awesome cherry note that I love. Cordial cherry. Lingers too. So good. Barton profile, great barrel selection.
