Nose shows abundant plant life, a touch of smoke, and caramel. The palate offers a strong sherry influence, with subtle peaty smoke, briny notes, white chocolate, and vanilla. The finish is brief and sharp. This was an unanticipated find from an unfamiliar distillery, and it's quite good. Rating 4.00
