Coupe Gin

I'm amazed by how well-balanced this gin is! While I don't prefer overwhelming juniper, I still want to detect its presence. This gin features juniper on the nose and initial taste, but finishes lightly with citrus and an almost non-sweet floral note. It's fantastic with just a lime in a gin and tonic, but I suspect adding mint or something else would elevate it further!

Pleasant citrus and coriander flavors, mixes exceptionally well with Fever-Tree tonic. Consider trying it in a gin martini.
