While it might not be a "traditional" gin (nothing from this distillery is conventional), I really enjoy the taste of this gin. It's very invigorating.

About this bottle
Corsair Distillery's American Gin showcases a rebellious approach to spirit production. It is crafted using an "unusual mix of traditional botanicals," which are vapor infused within a hand-hammered gin-head pot still. The botanicals included are cucumber peel, orange and lemon peel, cardamom, hyssop, chamomile flowers, coriander, angelica, orris root, licorice root, and juniper. The spirit is bottled at 44% ABV.

A distinctive and unique gin. It stands out from others but is worth sampling. Very characteristic of gin.
Citrus notes, with juniper not being too dominant. I'm typically not a gin drinker, but I really enjoyed this.
It's pleasant, but has a somewhat harsh finish. It would be excellent with tonic.
Hints of cucumber.
