Copper and Cask

This bottle, bottled in November 2022, is made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley, with a proof of 112.8. It has been open for a week, with one pour remaining. The initial two pours had a strong leather flavor. The bottle has mellowed now, revealing caramel and vanilla notes. I enjoy the heat.

Single barrel WS-3. Caramel, and higher alcohol content. The flavor is vanilla and caramel with a decent oak taste that isn't excessive.

Significantly outperforms its price point. You definitely notice the high proof's intensity, but it's well worth keeping on hand given the cost.
