About this bottle

Control C is an unaged Chilean pisco produced by Pedro Jimenez. It is made from Moscatel grapes from the Limari Valley, a wine region north of Santiago. The spirit is distilled three times in copper pot stills, with the heart of the distillate reserved for bottling.

The triple distillation results in a very clear spirit, but it lacks the distinctiveness of traditional Peruvian pisco. One could easily mistake this for vodka.
