Columbia Creek 6 Year Tennessee Whiskey is produced in Columbia, Tennessee, and adheres to the traditional Lincoln County Process, which involves filtering the spirit through sugar maple charcoal before aging. The whiskey is made with a mash bill consisting of 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley. It is distilled using a column-and-doubler system and aged for six years in new American oak barrels with heavy char. Bottled non chill-filtered at 95.6 proof, it became available starting in February 2026, with an SRP of $50.
