Spicy and Sweet This cognac has a strong barrel spice flavor that overpowers other notes for me, though it's perfectly drinkable. It mixes well due to its intense spiciness, allowing fruit flavors to come through in cocktails, but neat, only the spice is apparent.

Nose: stone fruit, figs, and grapes. Taste: sweet grape, allspice, and a hint of vanilla. Finish: sweet grape at the start transitions into spice in the middle, finishing with a touch of oak at the end. The spice and oak linger.
A decent cognac; the cost is not justified.
