About this bottle
When City of London Distillery (referred to as "COLD") commenced operations in December 2012, it was the first gin distillery to open in the City of London in more than two centuries. While COLD currently produces multiple gin styles, this London dry gin is their initial product, hence designated "No. 1." It is made with seven botanicals: juniper berries, angelica, licorice, coriander seeds, fresh orange, fresh lemon, and fresh pink grapefruit, and is bottled at 41.3% ABV.
