Nevada- City Lights Shine is a local Distillery here in Las Vegas Nascar driver Brendan Gaughan is co-owner and supports this brand any way he can. The white whiskey is made with all-premium ingredients and has a lovely melody of cherry and lemon that come together in harmony.
