Mexico- Cimarron Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is distilled from agave hillside agave grown at 4,620 feet elevation. A low pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarron's bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers yeast.
