Audra Mcclellan 4.8

A robust aroma of abundant corn mingled with rye heat and a hint of deep red wine. The palate brings the wine forward, imparting a sharp fruitiness that weaves into the grain blend, forging a distinctive mix. The tastes are confident, direct, and presented in a harmonious range. Much of the Petite Sirah shines through in shifting waves, while the bourbon itself remains steady. It's a compelling journey. We particularly enjoy the fruit-forward nature of this offering. An ideal complement after a holiday feast. This brand continues to impress with its inventive creations.

The smell has dark tannin wine notes, and the red stave lives up to its label. This may sound like a cheat since red stave is in the recipe, but it tastes like their Infinity with the red wine flavor turned up significantly. I'm a sucker for that.
