Chicken Cock Beer Barrel Select Bourbon is a limited edition bottling. The whiskey comprises Kentucky bourbons aged between 1.5 and 11.5 years. The blended bourbon underwent an additional six months of maturation in barrels that previously contained Goodwood Brewing's walnut brown ale from Louisville. These specific beer barrels had previously held Chicken Cock's 10-Year-Old Double Barrel Bourbon.
