It is created using their Chattanooga Whiskey 91 straight bourbon as its foundation. Instead of neutral spirits or artificial flavors, the bourbon undergoes an infusion process lasting over a week with five natural ingredients: lemon peel, orange peel, dried ginger, lemongrass, and gentian. This is then combined with a small amount of sugar and carbonated water.
