Annalise Bradshaw 4.0

Poured neat. The aroma is exceptionally viscous, featuring cinnamon butter and, unusually but pleasantly, lightly peppered steak. Subtle floral, honey, and vanilla notes fill the gaps. Peach candy sweetness is the first sensation on the tongue, followed by white pepper, a floral tea, and just a hint of black licorice. The savory note of charcoal-grilled meat carries through to the mid-palate as well. It's a bit peculiar, but surprisingly enjoyable. The finish is moderate and slightly drying, with a light toasted/smoky oak flavor. This was my initial experience with Chattanooga's offerings, and I can confidently say I'm very eager to explore more of their range!

Lauri Mixon 4.3

Smell: nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, cloves. Sweet scents of caramel and brown sugar… hint of black licorice, truly great Flavor: considerably sweeter than the Spring 2017. Many of those autumn spices present in the smell appear here on the tongue. 4.35
