About this bottle
The seventh bottling in the Barrel Finishing Series incorporates finishing casks that originated in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and previously held late-harvest maple syrup. Similar to prior entries in the series, the distillers developed a specialized mash bill to enhance the flavor profile imparted by the finishing casks. This particular release features a blend of two bourbon recipes: SB076, which has a four-grain, three-malt composition including two types of aromatic malt, and the distillery's characteristic Barrel 91 recipe. Following a year spent aging in the maple syrup casks, the whiskey was bottled at a strength of 95 proof. This expression will be available in limited quantities starting in August 2025.
