Chattanooga Single Barrel Bourbon (Spec's Pick)

This one is quite unusual. You initially get dark prune, some lighter caramel, vanilla, even some chocolate, then back to fruits with plum, cherry, and raspberry. Some odd dill notes appear near the end with allspice, pecan, and mild earthiness. The finish is smooth, full of cherry, dill, and pepper. A truly unique selection from specs and chattanooga; for the price, it's fantastic! After reviewing the mashbills included, I'm amazed. B004, B005, SB055, and SB091 are the mashbills, with B004 particularly baffling me due to the addition of peated malted barley!!
