About this bottle
Chase Rhubarb Vodka is made at the field-to-bottle Chase Distillery located in Herefordshire. Originally a limited release, this rhubarb-flavored vodka is now a permanent offering. It starts with the distillery's standard Potato Vodka, to which locally sourced rhubarb is macerated and then re-distilled. A further maceration of fresh rhubarb post-distillation imparts a pink hue to the vodka.
