About this bottle
Cedar Ridge Nine and Three Quarters Rye is a limited offering from Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa, representing the distillery's oldest whiskey to date. Crafted from a mash bill high in malted rye (85% rye, 12% corn, and 3% malted barley), it is a blend of barrels aged at least nine years. Most barrels reached nine years and nine months, with one barrel at ten years, all matured in new American oak char #3 barrels. Bottled at 115 proof, it can be purchased at the distillery, online, and at select retailers nationwide for $59.99 MSRP.
