About this bottle
Marking Cedar Ridge's 20th anniversary of finishing in wine casks, this is the first in a limited edition series. The flagship Iowa Bourbon, featuring a mash bill of 74% corn, 14% rye, and 12% malted barley, was finished in Tokaji, ruby port, Amontillado sherry casks, and second-fill American oak. Master blender Murphy Quint created this blend, which is bottled at 100 proof and has been available in limited quantities since August 2025.
