From the 2023, Batch 3 release: Nose: Notes of lemon, flowers, and a doughy character. Palate: Starts with fruit, then nutty oak and honey. A very mellow and enjoyable spirit for sipping. It has minimal burn and a fair finish. I'd choose other bottles in the $50-$55 range over this one.
Tastes fruity and corny, similar to Captain Crunch cereal, but the finish is very brief.
It's drinkable. It's different but tastes excessively bitter. Oaky, leathery.
Smells of wheat and banana. Hints of honey.
Same style and price bracket, best rated first.
